Your cash stays yours

How we work together
The same rules for every courier, so stores can trust every courier on Handova.
Verified companies only
Your national ID is required. Companies also need their commercial register and tax card; individuals can add them if they have them. Handova reviews every company before stores can see it.
Accept within 24 working hours
Accept or decline each new shipment within 24 hours of your working days. With no answer, it goes back to the store.
Keep shipments moving
Pick up within 2 working days, and deliver within your zone’s days plus one. Late shipments are flagged to you and to the store.
Keep every status up to date
Stores and their customers follow each shipment through your updates, from the dashboard or from your own system.
Pay stores on your terms
You pay each store the cash you collected, by the method and on the schedule shown on your profile.
Bring refused parcels back
Hand refused parcels back to the store with your next pickup there, within the days you set (1 to 7 working days).
Fair, anonymous reviews
Stores and couriers rate each other once a month after 5 deliveries. Only Handova sees who wrote what.
Rules that protect everyone
Handova may pause a courier that keeps breaking these rules. A paused courier gets no new shipments until it’s resumed.

Does it cost anything to join Handova?
No. Signing up and using the dashboard are free, with no subscription. You pay 6% of the zone price only on shipments you deliver, in one bill a month.
Does Handova hold the cash I collect?
No. You collect the cash from customers and pay each store directly, on the schedule you set. Handova only bills its commission.
How do stores find my company?
Stores on Handova search for couriers by the area they ship to, their type of store and price. When your zones cover the customer’s area, you’re on their list with your prices, terms and rating.
Can I refuse a shipment?
Yes. Decline it before pickup, or leave it for 24 working hours, and it goes back to the store to send with another courier.
What if stores send me more than I can deliver?
Set how many shipments you take a day and a month. When the month is full, stores can’t send you more; on a busy day, they’re told you may be late.
I have my own system. Do I have to use the dashboard?
No. Connect your system with an API key and a webhook, and work your shipments there. Handova’s team can also connect to your API.
Which countries can I work in?
Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Sudan. You can add zones in any of them and price in your own currency.
Can I bring the stores I already work with?
Yes. Add them as your own clients and run their parcels in the same dashboard, at the same 6%.
What do I need to sign up?
Your company details, the zones you cover and their prices, your pickup and payout terms, and your national ID. Handova reviews them and emails you once you’re live.
